General delivery terms
The buyer is responsible for confirming that the purchased items can fit in the desired location and can be delivered through all entry points by verifying building access, lift access, and doorway measurements.
Steach Pte. ltd. reserves the right to change the delivery date due to any unforeseen circumstances. Steach Pte. ltd. will act within our means to notify you at the soonest of any possible delays or difficulties. Steach Pte. ltd. will not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, damages, charges or expenses that may arise from any delays, postponements, incomplete or unfulfilled deliveries.

In-stock: 5-7 working days to process your orders.
Steach Pre-order / made to order: The delivery time is between 6 - 10 weeks. Please contact us to confirm the lead time on your order.
Europe orders - E.g. Domkapa: The delivery lead time is between 10-14 weeks estimated.
We require at least 7 working days to process your delivery request for on-hand stocks.
During peak periods, such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali and Christmas, we require at least additional 7 working days to process ready-stock item. We request for your kind understanding that during these peak periods, deliveries are subject to our delivery schedules

Delivery slot will be arranged min. 2-3 days before delivery. Upon delivery: any damages should be reported to the delivery team on spot.
Re-delivery due to refusal of entry/ wrong address/ absent will be subject to delivery fee.
For orders above $800: free standard hour (9-6pm) delivery to one local address (*within Singapore mainland only)
Orders below $800: $60 for delivery arrangement per local address, $30 for subsequent address (*within mainland Singapore only)
*Additional service charge required for:
1.Sentosa island: +$10
2.Jurong Island: +$30, please ensure that required documents are provided.
3. Non-lift accessible: $10/item per level, limited to 5 levels. Subject to area clearance and applies to in-house stairs. Must be pre-arranged to cater manpower & delivery time.

Receiving of delivery
Receiving of delivery
When receiving delivery of the order, the customer or appointed party shall inspect the item(s) and surroundings (home/delivery venue) before the delivery team leaves the premises. Should there be any defects, please alert the delivery team and note it down on the delivery order.
Alternatively, you can also write to info@steach.com.sg with a short description and with photos attached. The team will revert to you in 2-3 working days.
In the event that an exchange cannot be done, Commune reserves the right to offer a refund or a substitute. All 1-1 exchanges will depend on the availability of the item / next available shipment.
Should the customer not comply with this clause, Steach Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to reject any claim of warranty. Please note that once the delivery order is signed off, it is deemed that the order has been received in good order.

We understand that sometimes you may face unexpected delays in your renovation or any moving movements.
As we seek your understanding on the types of delays we may face in delivering your beloved furniture. We would also like to offer a 6-months free storage for all items purchased from Steach Pte. Ltd as a gesture of common understanding.
For any storage more than 6 months (non-pro rated) , we will need to impose $5% fee of total items value. We seek your kind understanding as warehouse spaces are limited and precious.
