For pre-orders/custom order, once the order has been processed by our factory, orders will not be cancel/refund due to the nature of custom work. We will do our best to ensure that you will be satisfied with the product !

For ready stock products: If you change your mind within 48 hours, we will refund you the amount paid less merchant payment fee (3-5%).

If the items is already out for delivery. In that case, it will fall under the refund policy of Total amount - less delivery fee - less platform fee (3-5%) - restocking fee (5%).

Limited Warranty
Steach offers variation of limited warranty that covers manufacturing defect for all our products from the date of delivery, with the exclusion of Clearance and display items. 

Non-mechanical Sofa: 5 years limited warranty against structural defect as such frame and support systems for product used under proper household conditions.

Mechanical sofa (recliners): 5 years limited warranty coverage for manual mechanism and powered motion parts. (exclude warranty against external factors such as damage due to power overloading,etc)

Leather and fabric coverings: warranted for 3 years against upholstery workmanship such as stitching defects. All coverings, including easy clean / Fibre-guard collections caused by (but not limited to) stains, wear and tear and scratches are not covered by warranty as characteristics of material are owned and promoted by manufacturer of material.

Fabric rubs and piling is not a fabric defect. It is a normal occurrence caused by every day wear and tear, and does not affect the functionality of the fabric.

Dining tables: 5 years limited warranty for structural defect and mechanism, if any.

Chairs: 5 years limited warranty for structural fault and manual mechanism, if any.

If, during the warranty period, a product is deemed defective due to a manufacturing defect, Steach Pte. Ltd. will repair or replace part(s), at our discretion and availability. This Warranty covers the repair or replacement of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used.
This Warranty is not transferable.

CLAIM PROCEDURE
If a problem should arise, please contact us at info@steach.com.sg / whatsapp us with photos, a description of the problem and order number.
Should the item be deemed to have a manufacturing defect.

It is at the discretion of Steach Pte. Ltd. to repair or replace the product or the part. Refunds are not available. If identical materials are unavailable at the time of repair or replacement, we will substitute for materials of equal or better quality. Replacement fabrics may vary in colour from the original due to differences in dye lots. The warranty covers the product, parts, and labour costs involved in the repair, but excludes transport or freight costs associated with the claim.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS:

• This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents: including (but not limited to)  wrong use of cleaning methods or products, burns, cuts, scratches, tears, watermarks, indentations, pet damage, unsuitable outdoor placement, transferred ownership.
• Any product modification by consumer or other parties not authorised by Steach Pte. Ltd. will void this limited warranty.
• Expected material characteristics
• This warranty does not cover items purchased as ‘Clearance item / Display item’ at the time of purchase.
• Any item repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty will be covered by the Limited Warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period only. 

Leather

Each hide is unique, with dyes and finishes creating a variable finish. Natural marks, grain variations, wrinkles, and other leather imperfections are expected. It shall not be considered defect.

Wooden / Metal components

Wood products react to pigment (stain or paint variation) based on the species inherent traits. Variations in color (shades), pattern (grains), and natural imperfections from knots are common. Actual product may vary slightly from display piece.

Note: Please note that the appearance of any metal/wood/fabric/leather finishes, surface finishing, may vary between the images displayed on our website and the actual products. Variations in lighting, screen settings, and the inherent characteristics of the materials can influence how these finishes are perceived.
