Refunds

To start a return, you can contact us at info@steach.com.sg. You can always contact us for any return question at info@steach.com.sg.

1. Pre-orders/custom order : Non-refundable due to the nature of custom work.

2. *Ready-stock items : Limit within 7 days after receiving delivery. Total amount - less delivery fee - less platform fee - restocking fee (5%)

*Items must be in original delivered condition

Items not qualifying for Cancellation/refund:

1. Genuine Leather products

2. Hygiene sensitive products such as pillows and cushions

3. Promotional items/bundles

4. Modified / Custom product

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@steach.com.sg.

WARRANTY
Steach offers variation of limited warranty that covers manufacturing defect for all our products from the date of delivery, with the exclusion of Clearance and display items. 

Non-mechanical Sofa: 5 years against structural defect as such frame and support systems for product used under proper household conditions.

Mechanical sofa (recliners): 3 years coverage for manual mechanism and powered motion parts. (exclude warranty against external factors such as damage due to power overloading,etc)

Leather and fabric coverings: warranted for 3 years against upholstery workmanship such as stitching defects. All coverings, including easy clean / Fibre-guard collections caused by (but not limited to) stains, wear and tear and scratches are not covered by warranty as characteristics of material are owned and promoted by manufacturer of material.

Fabric rubs and piling is not a fabric defect. It is a normal occurrence caused by every day wear and tear, and does not affect the functionality of the fabric.

Dining tables: 5 years warranty for structural fault and mechanism, if any.

Chairs: 5 years warranty for structural fault and mechanism, if any. Plus upholstery workmanship defects.

If, during the warranty period, a product is deemed defective due to a manufacturing defect, Steach Pte. Ltd. will repair or replace part(s), at our discretion and availability. This Warranty covers the repair or replacement of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used.
This Warranty is not transferable.


CLAIM PROCEDURE
If a problem should arise, please contact us at info@steach.com.sg / whatsapp us with photos, a description of the problem and order number.
Should the item be deemed to have a manufacturing defect at Steach Pte. Ltd. discretion, Steach will offer the following where applicable in this order:
1. Repair the defective parts or components.
2. 1-1 Exchange if beyond repair
3. 1-1 Exchange with an alternative item, should the product no longer be in production.


LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS:

  • This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents: including (but not limited to)  wrong use of cleaning methods or products, burns, cuts, scratches, tears, watermarks, indentations, pet damage, unsuitable outdoor placement, transferred ownership.
  • Any product modification by consumer or other parties not authorised by Steach Pte. Ltd. will void this limited warranty.
  • Expected material characteristics
  • This warranty does not cover items purchased as ‘Clearance item / Display item’ at the time of purchase.
  • Any item repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty will be covered by the Limited Warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period only.
