What are your delivery charges ?
What are your delivery charges ?
Delivery slot will be arranged min. 2-3 days before delivery.
For orders above $500: free standard hour (9-6pm) delivery to one local address (*within Singapore mainland only)
Orders below $500: $50 for delivery arrangement per local address, $30 for subsequent address (*within mainland Singapore only)
*Additional service charge required for:
1.Sentosa island: +$10
2.Jurong Island: +$30, please ensure that required documents are provided.
3. Non-lift accessible: $10/item per level, limited to 5 levels. Subject to area clearance and applies to in-house stairs. Must be pre-arranged to cater manpower & delivery time.
*Fees also apply to stairs within landed properties, apartments or HDB maisonettes. Additional charges will be quoted on case by case basis if delivery is deemed feasible by transport service provider.
*Re-delivery due to refusal of entry/ wrong address/ absent will be subject to delivery fee.

We require at least 7 working days to process your delivery request for on-hand stocks.
During peak periods, such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali and Christmas, we require at least additional 7 working days to process ready-stock item. We request for your kind understanding that during these peak periods, deliveries are subject to our delivery schedules
Can I cancel my order ?

For pre-orders/custom order, once the order has been processed by our factory, orders will not be cancel/refund due to the nature of custom work. We will do our best to ensure that you will be satisfied with the product !
For ready stock products: If you change your mind within 48 hours, we will refund you the amount paid less merchant payment fee (3-5%).
If the items is already out for delivery. In that case, it will fall under the refund policy of Total amount - less delivery fee - less platform fee (3-5%) - restocking fee (5%).

Our disposal service requires advance arrangement and quotation with our service team.
HDB
Please contact your respective Town Council as they provide complimentary "Bulky Household Item Removal Service" for residents. Our delivery team is unable to assist in carrying your items to the disposal area as we are not allowed by regulation.
Condominiums
You may check with your Management Office for assistance.
Private landed properties
It is recommended to engage waste management company that offers bulky disposal service.
